What Are Hyrox Classes?

Hyrox Classes are endurance-based group training sessions inspired by the HYROX sport, a global fitness competition built around running and functional movement stations performed in a structured sequence.

These classes focus less on heavy lifting and more on sustained effort, pacing, and cardiovascular endurance, using simple, functional movements that are accessible to a wide range of fitness levels. Each class may look different, but the goal stays the same: improve endurance, efficiency, and the ability to move well for longer periods of time.
