Strength & Conditioning Classes are structured group training sessions focused on developing strength, power, endurance, and overall athletic performance. These classes combine strength training with conditioning work using a wide variety of functional movements and training formats.
Each class is thoughtfully programmed and may look different day to day — sometimes prioritizing strength, sometimes conditioning, and often a mix of both. You’ll use barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, bodyweight movements, and conditioning tools to build a strong, capable body. This is not a single fixed program, but a class offering within our Group Training Membership, designed to keep training effective, engaging, and progressive over time.
